We strive to ensure that all of our polices are extremely accurate, as we are underwritten by two of the largest underwriters in the industry, Westcor Land Title Insurance and Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Smart International Title, LLC  was founded in 2013 by Eva Gordon and Marta Lajas with a combined 48 years of real estate experience; who wanted to find a smarter way to provide a higher level of service.

SMART International Title commits to perform smooth closings and deliver accurate information using the best practice business principles.  SMART will perform its services to our clients with the highest level of customer service while providing a friendly atmosphere with a qualified staff that will uphold a higher standard of Integrity towards company’s policy and performance.  Smart promises to stay current and provide real estate and market information about our industry changes.
