Smart International Title, LLC was founded in 2013 by Eva Gordon and Marta Lajas with a combined 48 years of real estate experience; who wanted to find a smarter way to provide a higher level of service.

Front Desk Processor
Vicky Santiago has been a member of Smart International Title, LLC since 2012. Vicky is our main customer service representative, our front desk attendant , and a title processor. Vicky loves interacting with the people she comes across every day and as a former paralegal, teacher and law enforcement officer for 7 ½ years, she always seems to know the right questions to ask.
Vicky has a wonderful husband, three beautiful, adult children, one granddaughter. Vicky loves spending time with her family who brings her the most joy. Vicky also enjoys kickboxing and currently loves practicing the MARTIAL ARTS OF Wen-Chun.

Senior Title Manager
Marta Lajas serves as a founding partner of Smart International Title. She grew up in the Central Florida area and has had a successful career in real estate for over 25 years. When the market crashed Marta decided to start a new venture and become a licensed Title Agent.
In her free time, Marta loves to share her time with her Pastor and church. Marta likes a fast pace lifestyle full of new activities, changes, and variety. She has a passion for travelling and always makes sure she spends quality time with family and friends. Marta, was one of the first homeowners of the original Avalon Park and cherishes the neighbourhood friendships she has developed there. Marta has been married to her husband Orlando Lajas for 34 years and together they have two adult children and one grandson.

Operational Manager
Eva Gordon was born and raised in Florida. Eva’s passion is to help, train, educate, motivate, & encourage others in their road to success. As the heart of Smart International Title, Eva has the natural ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers while treating them like family.
She worked as a new homes consultant for over 12 years. Then moved on to a marketing director at a well-known national title company, before founding Smart International Title. Eva is a faithful contributer to charitable organizations such as VISION and the 700 club. She is currently involved with the REO industry and Five Star Force, as well as the Osceola Board of Realtors,Miami Board of Realtors, NAHREP and WBENC.
Eva has a passion for helping to encourage women in our industry to give of their time and talents , spreading their knowledge to empower other women in the community. When she is not serving her community, Eva keeps busy spending time with her husband of 11 years and their young daughter. Family is important to Eva and she loves bringing her big extended family all together in celebration.

Senior Title Processor and Post Closer
Jessica Figueroa has been in the Title Industry for over 12 years. After working for a new home builder, she has been with Smart International Title for about 5 years. With her diligent work ethic and attention to detail , she is an intricate part of the office and to the process of your files.
Jessica enjoys being married has four wonderful children that God has entrusted her with. She loves meeting new people and helping them resolve their issues with their property. She has a big community of loving close friendships and is a powerful woman of God who spreads his message of love wherever she is. She also has a huge heart for Missionaries and is currently helping “Hacienda la Mano de Dios” and “Pioneers”.

Title Agent, CLC
Connie Hall is SMART’s main Title Agent & Certified Land-Title Closer (CLC). a CLC is an exclusive title that very few Title Closers are able to obtain. Connie has been in the Title Insurance Industry for over 30 years. Having done business all over Florida, Central Florida has always been her main hub. Connie also holds a Florida Bar Paralegal degree from the University of Central Florida. Connie’s ‘service is the name of the game’ and she believes if you can not provide service then there isn’t much you CAN provide. Every client is important to Connie and she has a knack for attending to their needs and making her clients feel as if they are her only client that matters.
Connie is a charter member of the Kissimmee Bay Rotary Club which has a huge involvement with the Kissimmee community and she continuously finds ways to give back locally and internationally.
Away from the office she can be found at her grandson’s football games or her granddaughter’s volleyball games. She spends as much time as she can with them knowing that they grow up fast and in a blink if an eye they are off on their own. When she is not with her grandkids Connie’s three boxers Molly,Lilly and Snowie have a tendency to require all of her extra time and attention!
MEET REINA!
Administrative Clerk
Reina Marie work as Eva’s assistant , as well as handles the accounting department, manages social media accounts and online marketing. She has a 15 year background in sales, customer service and office managing. Reina is also our go-to person for putting together education and event classes for Realtors, investors and clients.
When she is not in the office, you can find her driving around town with her two teenage children or making all natural skin care products with an audio book playing in the background.
